HR has overall responsibility for skills development at Kromann Reumert. We run the Kromann Reumert Learning Centre, which provides a wide range of relevant training and development options.
Each year, you and your superior will hold a personal development and performance review meeting to identify and focus on activities or initiatives that will enable you to continue a positive career development process.
HR supports our business
The HR Director is a member of our Executive Management team, and this ensures that HR activities support our firm’s overall business strategy and objectives.
HR conducts an employee satisfaction survey at regular intervals as part of our wider efforts to keep one ear to the ground and make sure that Kromann Reumert remains an attractive workplace.
