HOW TO FIND OUR OFFICES IN AARHUS

FROM THE AIRPORT

Taxi
Our offices are approximately 40 kilometres from the airport. On average, a taxi fare costs around DKK 500, and the trip takes about 30 minutes.

Travellers should allow extra time for rush hour traffic between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays.

Airport bus to/from Aarhus
There is an airport bus service that shuttles passengers between the city and Aarhus Airport. Leaving from Aarhus Central Station, the trip takes approximately 45 minutes, and the bus makes several stops along the way.

FROM THE E45 MOTORWAY

On reaching Aarhus, stay on the E45 and continue through the intersection with Viby Ringvej. At that intersection, the E45 becomes Åhavevej. Follow Åhavevej for approximately 1.7 kilometres, turning left at Skanderborgvej. Continue on Skanderborgvej for a further 700 metres, past Harald Jensens Plads, and stay on the same road (which becomes de Mezas Vej, then Frederiks Allé). Continue along Frederiks Allé for a further one kilometre until you reach Rådhuspladsen, where you will find our offices directly across the road from the Town Hall.

Parking
There is time-limited parking directly outside our offices and in nearby street Frederiksgade.

We recommend, however, that you use the car park at the Scandinavian Congress Center, which is situated next to the Aarhus Concert Hall.
