Facilities Management

Facilities Management is responsible for all service-related work at Kromann Reumert's offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus.

Call Centre

You can call Kromann Reumert 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Call Centre is staffed from 8.30 am to 4 pm. From 4 pm to 8.30 am the next morning, all incoming calls to the Call Centre are taken by an external service provider. Click here to see our contact details.

Reception and Conference Facilities

In addition to ordinary reception services, Kromann Reumert's Reception and Conference Facilities is responsible for receiving and servicing our guests.

Office, Printing and Purchasing Services

These Services are responsible for mail handling, filing, scanning and copy work, and for producing printed material for use at conferences. All purchases  are centralised.

Canteen Facilities

The two canteens in Copenhagen and Aarhus serve breakfast and lunch to the staff and also cater for our guests both during and outside normal working hours. Both canteens use organic food and have been awarded the top grade "Elite Smiley" under the Food Safety Award Scheme of the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration.

Property Management and Maintenance

Kromann Reumert has outsourced its cleaning and janatorial needs to the company Ejendomsvirke. Property management and maintenance and purchase of furniture, etc. are handled centrally.

Security Service and Student Employees

Kromann Reumert has guards on duty when the reception is closed. In addition, a large number of student employees are on hand to assist the legal and administrative staff.
