knowledge management

Kromann Reumert's Knowledge Management Department is responsible for the development, use and sharing of knowledge. We collect and distribute legal knowledge by way of books, journals and access to electronic databases, and make in-depth knowledge available to all our employees through our advanced knowledge management system.

Knowledge Management

Knowledge management is a necessary tool to guarantee quality, efficiency and utility value of the services that we provide to our clients and, with that, to enhance our competitiveness. Our Knowledge Management Department works closely together with our Knowledge Management Partner, Torben Waage, and our Knowledge Ambassadors.

Kromann Reumert’s Knowledge Ambassadors are lawyers who, in addition to their regular work, cooperate with the Knowledge Management Department to communicate knowledge held within the organisation so it can be used to create value both internally and externally.

The Knowledge Management Department is divided into three areas:

Knowhow

Knowhow cooperates with the knowledge ambassadors to put focus on knowledge management issues and to promote the knowledge-sharing culture in Kromann Reumert. Knowhow is responsible for maintaining and developing our knowledge management system Kraka (Kromann Reumert Advanced Knowledge Administration).

Library

Kromann Reumert's library is one of Denmark's largest law libraries with access to numerous law databases. As one of our lawyers, you will receive courses in legal information retrieval as a natural part of your training. Our librarians are highly professional, assisting in professional research and providing all relevant material. Student interns who are to write their master thesis also receive professional help.

Our library is responsible for giving Kromann Reumert's employees access to relevant legal and other information, including Danish and international literature in the form of books and journals. In addition, the library has access to electronic sources that may support the lawyers in their work. Finally, the library is responsible for providing in-house training of employees to enable them to find and use the right sources.

Project and Portfolio Management

Project and Portfolio Management is responsible for developing and disseminating Kromann Reumert’s project management methods, tools and culture. The team also performs different duties for monitoring and reporting progress on the strategic project portfolio.
