Jakob Rosing was born in 1972 and joined Kromann Reumert in 1998. Jakob's primary field of work is maritime, transportation, insurance and tort law as well as litigation within other areas of general commercial law. A large part of his work consists of conducting Danish and international litigation and arbitration proceedings. Another of Jakob's core practice areas involves advising on and drafting of contracts and general sales conditions.
Jakob Rosing obtained his law degree (Cand.jur.) from the University of Aarhus in 1997 and subsequent thereto, he obtained an LL.M. in transportation law and international commercial law from King's College, London, in 1998. Jakob is the co-author of a reference book on Danish transportation law. Furthermore, Jakob has taught transportation law and he regularly gives lectures on various transportation and insurance law issues.Admission and right of audience
