The Kromann Reumert DCM team is actively involved in international capital markets involving Danish issuers and has considerable experience in advising arrangers and issuers in connection with a wide range of debt instruments, including:

Acting for Danske Bank A/S on the EUR 15 billion covered bond programme – the first ever issue of covered bonds under Danish law.

• acting for Fionia Bank on their EUR 3 billion EMTN programme;
• acting for Danske Bank on their EMTN programme; 
• acting for Danske Bank on their EUR 3 billion Commercial Paper Programme.
