The capital markets group offers legal advice, both continuously and on an ad hoc basis, to large and medium-sized Danish and foreign companies on company law matters of importance to listed companies.

These might include, for example, the relationship between majority and minority shareholders, conflicts of interest, and annual meetings in some of the biggest enterprises in Denmark.

We commonly act as chairman at general meetings of numerous companies, an important role for lawyers in the Danish corporate market.
