Dispute-related matters

The IT law group handles litigation and arbitration proceedings about outsourcing and supplies of IT systems and services. We advise on how to manage and settle a potential dispute.

The group also has experience in other types of IT-related disputes, including:

• licence and intellectual property rights issues
• domain name cases before WIPO panels, ordinary courts and the Danish Complaints Board for Domain Names.
