Bankruptcy estates

Kromann Reumert's insolvency law group has considerable bankruptcy experience.

Two of our partners being permanent trustees at the bankruptcy division of the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen, we are often appointed trustees of small and large estates alike.

We are also frequently appointed trustees at the request of creditors to administer estates throughout the country.

Often Kromann Reumert also represents creditors with claims against enterprises in suspension of payments or bankruptcy estates administered by other law firms, e.g. in relation to the filing and adjudication of claims or where a claim for avoidance or damages has been made against the creditor.
