The Insolvency Law Group cooperates with Kromann Reumert's Banking and Finance Group for the purpose of restructuring existing financing projects and restructuring banks, savings banks and other financial or regulated businesses.

We assist both banks wishing to participate in a restructuring and banks which have no choice but to take restructuring initiatives.

• assessment and choice of the most appropriate transaction structure
• due diligence investigations
• feasibility analysis of share or asset transfers
