Litigation and arbitration

It is important to us that you know you are in good hands and that you feel fully informed about what is happening from start to finish.

We will review the case in detail and agree on which strategy to pursue. We will answer questions like: What are the central points of the case; What can be proved; what are the weaknesses; and how will the litigation proceed? The purpose is to make sure that we take all material risks into account and determine whether the case can be won. It will usually be a description of the litigation risk.

We will also:

• study carefully the business of your enterprise and the environment in which the case unfolds
• include considerations regarding the opponent
• assess the legal and financial aspects of the case
• point out the commercial and personal consequences that a case may involve.

We will give you a broad perspective and a recommendation that will enable you to decide whether you want to proceed or not. Our knowledge of court practice enables us to give a fairly precise assessment of cases.
