Kromann Reumert's real estate, environmental and construction law group provides legal advice on the management of real estate in case of insolvency, either in relation to the individual property as a result of enforcement of security or following the owner's suspension of payments and bankruptcy, and in connection with reorganisations.
We assist banks and other lenders as well as creditors and national and international investors. Also, we act as supervisors appointed by the enforcement court during suspension of payments and as trustees in bankruptcy cases.
