Bent Kemplar specialises in M&A, capital and securities markets, and commercial and company law. Bent is an external lecturer in Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Copenhagen.

Christian Jul Madsen specialises in insolvency and reorganisation law, general commercial law, and M&A.

Jens Hyldahl Bjerregaard specialises in M&A, special company law issues, including corporate structures and restructuring, and general commercial law. Jens has given a number of lectures on company law issues. |

Søren Andreasen specialises in real estate and project finance, project development, sale and purchase of investment property and real estate companies.

Jakob Rosing specialises in maritime, transportation, insurance and tort law as well as general commercial law. Jakob is co-author of a reference book on Danish transportation law. He has taught transportation law and also gives regular lectures on transportation and insurance law issues. |
