Kromann Reumert appoints five new partners

The new partners are:

Teis Gullitz-Wormslev
Teis specialises in banking and finance law and insolvency law focusing on reorganisations and restructurings.

Jeppe Buskov
Jeppe specialises in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and financial regulation. He has extensive experience in complex international transactions, including in the financial sector.

Michael Nørremark
Michael specialises in tax law and company law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, reorganisations, tax structures, incentive programmes, and the tax aspects of financial transactions and financial products.

Louise Krarup Simonsen
Louise specialises in insolvency law and restructurings. She has broad experience in handling both very large and smaller bankruptcy estates, suspensions of payments, and business transfers in connection with insolvency.

Tina Brøgger Sørensen
Tina specialises in all aspects of labour and employment law. She has substantial experience in advising clients on business transfers and redundancies in connection with restructurings, rationalisations, and closures.
