Omnes Capital acquires a minority stake in Better Energy
Kromann Reumert has advised Omnes Capital in connection with its acquisition of a minority stake in the solar energy provider Better Energy.
The acquisition is the first investment for Omnes' fourth-generation fund, Capenergie 4. Capenergie 4 is dedicated to renewable energy and has as its objective to provide European renewables developers with growth capital to help them transform into independent power producers.
