Design Holding acquires Danish design group
Design Holding, a leading layer in the high-end design market combining iconic brands such as Flos, B&B Italia and Louis Poulsen, have entered into an agreement to acquire the majority of Designers Company.
Design Holding is jointly owned by Investindustrial and The Carlyle Group. By acquiring the Danish design group Designers Company, Design Holding will expand their portfolio of brands with brands such as MENU, The Audo, by Lassen and Brdr. Petersen.
