Kromann Reumert assists QNTM with the acquisition of Raptor
Kromann Reumert has assisted QNTM Group in the majority acquisition of the Danish software company Raptor.
Raptor delivers personalization software, recommendations, and a customer data platform.
Raptor is the second Danish software company that QNTM adds to the group. Earlier this year, QNTM acquired Hesehus, a Danish award winning eCom platform. QNTM itself is a platform established by Altor with the vision to create a group of Europe’s best and brightest companies within digital strategy, marketing, software and tech.
