Hillary advises clients both in Denmark and internationally on a range of complex cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, carve-outs and corporate restructurings.  With over ten years' experience working on corporate transactions, she has developed a particular focus on private equity and financial sponsor transactions during the past seven years.
