Jens Steen Jensen
Jens Steen Jensen is primarily engaged in financial regulation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, foundation and capital markets law.
For more than 25 years, Jens has advised Danish and foreign financial undertakings on financial regulation and M&A and represented them vis-à-vis the authorities. He also advises such financial undertakings on business transfers, including portfolio transfers and restructurings, company and shareholder issues, compliance and corporate governance.
Jens has assisted in some of the largest and highest-profiled M&A-transactions within the Danish pension and insurance sector.
In addition, his clients include various Danish and foreign industrial undertakings which he advises on M&A, restructurings, company and shareholder issues, and corporate governance. Jens also advises commercial foundations.
Jens heads our financial sector group and our corporate and foundation law expert group.
He solves problems by applying his in-depth knowledge and thorough expertise. He is recognized as one of the leading advisers on financial law and for his creative mindset and ability to achieve results.
