Kristina Saugstrup
Kristina Saugstrup advises on merger control, cartel cases, damages claims, and claims of abuse of a dominant position.
Kristina has particular experience in the handling of merger cases, drafting and filing merger notifications to the competition authorities across jurisdictions. Among her latest work is a major transaction for the transfer of medicinal products.
Kristina also works with procurement law and general EU law, i.a. in connection with actions before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
She has previously worked as a trainee at the Permanent Representation of Denmark to the European Union and in the EU Commission, gaining valuable insight into both EU law and competition law, and draws on these experiences in her work today as well.
