Sophia Solyanyk has extensive experience in international and cross-border transactions with a focus on energy and financial services and has significant expertise across project finance, corporate finance and acquisition finance, representing lenders, borrowers, sponsors and export credit agencies.
Sophia joined Kromann Reumert in 2018. Prior to relocating to Denmark, Sophia worked at US law firm Latham & Watkins in London and New York.
Sophia has completed client secondments to a leading US bank and more recently, in Denmark, at the leading energy company Ørsted.
